A wholesale account application that is also your store.

How it works

1. 1Build your applicationName it, then add the questions you need. Name and email are always asked.
2. 2Share its linkEvery application has its own link, such as yourstore.GateVentory.com/join/wholesale. Put it on your website or send it to your buyers.
3. 3Approve or reject from your inboxEach new application is emailed to up to five addresses, with Approve and Reject buttons. Or answer on the Shoppers screen.
4. 4Approved buyers shop at their pricesThey sign in with their email and a code, see the prices meant for them and check out. Nobody else sees those prices.

Ask for what you need

Each application is a form you build field by field, with a preview of what the buyer will see.

• Short answers for anything you want to know, such as a company name or an EIN.
• Dropdowns, with one choice or several.
• A phone number, shaped as it is typed.
• An address, with matches offered as it is typed.
• A document upload for a license, a resale certificate or anything else, as a PDF, PNG or JPG.

Any field can be required. A buyer who sends a sales tax exemption certificate can be marked tax exempt in the same press that approves them. To decide what to ask, read What to ask on a wholesale application.

Your answer, your way

Approve by hand, or on its own

Each application approves by hand or approves on its own. Use one for wholesale accounts you check, and another that lets a group you trust straight in.

Reject with a note

Rejecting asks for an optional note, which is emailed to the applicant. The note you write is kept for next time. Someone rejected can apply again, and you can block them from that application if they keep trying.

Let your known buyers straight in

Upload your current wholesale customers as a CSV or Excel file, or paste their emails. When one of them applies with that email, they are approved at once and you are told.

One store, several applications

A store can have as many applications as it needs, each a gate with its own buyers and its own price category for each vendor. Retail shoppers can still buy at your public prices, or you can hide the prices from anyone not approved. See Prices for each kind of buyer and Pricing.
