Your catalog in, in an afternoon
- Upload a price sheet in Excel or CSV. It is read with AI help, every line is shown to you to check, and nothing comes in until you say so.
- Or bring in the products of a public WooCommerce or Shopify store, with their pictures, prices, sizes and item codes.
- Products with no picture can have theirs found on the vendor’s own website, matched by item code.
- Up to 10,000 products, across as many vendors as you sell.
Buyers apply, you approve
Each kind of buyer applies through its own application, with the questions and documents you need, and sees its own prices once approved. See Wholesale applications and Prices for each kind of buyer.
Every order, filled a vendor at a time
- 1The buyer pays at checkoutBy card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay or bank, into your own Stripe account, with each vendor’s shipping shown.
- 2Each vendor is emailed its partAt up to five addresses, with what to ship, by item code, and where. A vendor is never shown what anything sold for.
- 3The vendor marks it shippedFrom its own link, with the carrier and tracking number, and the buyer is emailed. You can let a vendor cancel what it cannot fill, and the buyer is refunded for it.
- 4You follow every orderTo ship, shipped, delivered or picked up, with refunds of any part, and updates to the buyer from templates.
The back office, done
Sales tax
Sales tax is worked out by Stripe for where each order ships. Buyers with an exemption certificate can be marked tax exempt, and you get a sales tax report by state for this or last month, quarter or year.
Books and reports
Download a file for QuickBooks for this or last month or quarter, and see sales by week or month, top products, and what you kept on each vendor.
Your team
You and up to five more people, as admins or managers, with switches for what each role may do.
